We built this platform because the roofing niche — particularly storm-damage and insurance-claim roofing — has a well-documented consumer fraud problem. Deductible waivers, inflated insurance estimates, and storm chasers operating without verifiable credentials cause real harm to homeowners.

Our response is simple: verify credentials, source data honestly, follow insurance claims ethics strictly, and give homeowners the information they need to make good decisions — even if that means telling them they don't need a contractor, or that their claim may not be covered.

ServiceFind is a referral marketplace. We do not perform roofing work. We match; contractors work. All fees are borne by matched contractors as referral fees — homeowners pay only for the work performed by their matched contractor, as quoted and agreed in writing.
